Oh Yeah, We’re Into It
CYAN/PDX is Throwing a Party on Thursday. You Should be There.
Ahh, city living. At Cyan/PDX, it’s an opportunity to upscale your life to the striking, the tasty, and the sustainable, and with all the time we’ll save from not having to maintain a yard or sit in traffic, we’ll get to socialize with our neighbors, and walk and/or bike to just about everything. And if there’s a little more we’ll need, CYAN/PDX has us covered.
This Thursday from 6-9 pm, they’ll be throwing a FREE party with live music from the Bobby Torres Trio, plus dancing, food, and drinks. We will be there to see exactly what CYAN/PDX has to offer. Besides their luxuriously designed apartments, they offer delicious food at your doorstep, not to mention food carts down the street, a personal concierge service, and the most scenic backyard in the city. We’re also excited to check out these amenities:
- A community garden
- An awesome greenspace/backyard with BBQ areas
- Studiofit fitness center
- Community living room
- A fleet of CYAN bicycles & on-site bicycle repair
- Zip Car membership
- Farmer’s market tokens & grocery bag
- Tickets to local performances
- 20% off membership at Portland Art Museum
- Discounts at food carts down the street
- Online concierge services (e.g. “The Blue Team”)
It’s going to be a fun shindig, and a swell opportunity to get acquainted with the staff at Cyan/PDX: the concierge, leasing agents, and property managers; plus The Blue Team: an on-site personal trainer, massage therapist, yogi, wellness coach, and pet sitter/dog walker. Every one of them is dedicated to making life at the Cyan a true feel-good experience.
We expect to see you at this party! Even if you’re not looking to move, you’ve gotta be curious about what’s happening downtown. Right?
